with this ring: katie & kyle // fort worth wedding photography
You know what we love photographing? Kind-hearted people, in all sorts of love with each other, who value photography. Bonus points if the bride loves giant pink peonies as much as I do.
Katie and Kyle were a win-win-win to work with. That’s a triple-threat.
Katie and Kyle’s Fort Worth wedding took place at Christ Chapel Bible Church.
I told you Katie values documentation — by the time I had arrived she already had a pile of instax going from that morning, so I worked those photos into some of her details shots! Fun fact — this Instax camera was the same one Kyle gave to Katie when he proposed!
Hands-down my most favorite trait for a group of groomsmen is for them to be able to laugh together easily. Checkmark for this bunch.
SURPRISE! I bet you thought this post would be over with the exit BUT IT’S TOTALLY NOT! Because Katie and Kyle did not want to miss out on mingling with guests at their afternoon reception, we planned to meet up with them after their exit at Trinity Park for their bride-groom portraits! I think this is such a great idea for couples who are having a shorter reception, but also want to hold to the tradition of not seeing each other until their ceremony. James and I had such a great time hanging out with the two NEWlyweds while taking some sweet portraits at a relaxed pace.
