I’ve been meaning to blog this wedding for a few weeks now. It was my first wedding of 2013 and what a great start to my year it was. Kelsey and Guy got married at the Lone Oak Ranch and Retreat in Gainsville — the perfect setting for this  lovely couple’s country wedding.

To take advantage of their nature-filled venue  and the late afternoon January light, Kelsey and Guy decided to plan a first look into their wedding day and in turn got to spend some quiet moments together basking in the excitement of all that this day would hold for them.

And what this day ended up holding for them was lots of laughs, snuggles, and-0h-yes a start to the rest of their lives together.

After the sun went down, the sweet ceremony got underway.

 Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Sheppard! James and I so enjoyed getting to be a part of such a special, special day in your lives.
