Josephine and Clay’s engagement session was on the dreariest of drizzly days.

We went ahead with the shoot though because the original plan was to do a portion of the session in the kitchen with the two of them cooking up a storm as an ode to this activity they love to do together. And the good thing is that you don’t need sunshine to cook up a storm.

Seriously, you two are stinkin’ adorable together.

I told them there was no way they could think they’d be getting out of a photo shoot cooking spaghetti without a little Lady and the Tramp spaghetti kiss action. They obliged.

Oh, and funny story? What started out as a drizzly, bleak afternoon turned into some of the prettiest sunshine reflecting off the wet ground. So we took advantage of it of course.
