It’s been entirely too long since I last posted a wedding.

This particular one was on a stormy day in March.

Sarah and Kyle had an outdoor wedding in mind filled with whimsy and teacups. But as we watched the clouds roll in, the more we realized that this party was going to be moved indoors where the reception would be held.

But you know the bright, or rather, dry side of things — the rain stopped after the ceremony.

We scurried outside to use the last bit of light the cloud-filled sky would allow.

Something sweet Sara’s mother said during her toast stuck with me – “may Sara and Kyle always be like two kids on an adventure.”

And I just know that was the most fitting toast someone could have given for these two.

And that right there was Sara and Kyle’s wedding day — raindrops, porcelain rabbit, piñata, unicorn mask and all.

Also, lots and lots of adventure.
